You are likely to have good oratory skills or singing abillities been given due to this position of mercury which may derive happiness however this placement is not good for domestic happiness as it may cause disturbances at home and sustenance in marriage due to some issues on health or litigation or some unknown troubles /fights etc or even enmity for that matter.

Good education and vehicles will be given in general for this position. But in this chart it is questionable for a easy sail as difficulties been seen through the same also due to the 2nd and 3rd house from it . 

This position also can give relationship issues and difficulties to attain them also is quite possible.  As Jupiter & Sun both not well placed in the chart and it is 2nd from 4th house is not a good indication as for as happiness is concern. It will provide issues with kids, spouse , good deeds, fame and intelligence required . As it is having chandra in 12th from 4th house shows lack of courage and lot of excertion in the matters of career/ accomplishment etc.
